We look to capitalize on real estate market opportunities across the Eastern Australian seaboard.
Specifically, our strategy is comprised of three key focus sectors:
- Commercial: we believe that the natural variation of markets creates core and value-add opportunities in commercial real estate. We leverage our extensive experience in the major cities of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to exploit these.
- Preferred Capital: new regulation introduced in 2016 has created an anomaly in the market for residential development financing across regional Queensland and NSW. As banks pull back from development financing, we sense an opportunity to provide non-bank lending at above-average returns.
- Hotels: reduction of supply in core CBD areas and increased tourism both domestically and internationally has created a sound environment for investing in mid-tier hotels.
